As the Delivery Manager and Leader for Open Banking, Decisioning, ID & Fraud objectives and milestones you will manage complex, cross functional technical programmes, projects and development work, delivering multiple outcomes and dependencies across multiple Delivery Squads and Teams, internal and external to IT.

We're looking for an extremely organised and passionate individual who can ensure delivery on the whole product and software development lifecycle but also has the commercial insight to understand and prepare for the next delivery, understands risk mitigation and can use each sprint to remove blockers and make ongoing improvements to service delivery.

What you'll do:


  • Formulation and delivery of a clear purpose for the Delivery Squads on and offshore and Teams based on the Product/Solution Strategy and client needs including development of the roadmap defined by the Product Manager(s) / Product Owner(s)
  • Ensure all development meets contractual commitments, Service Delivery agreed SLAs and standards drive the adoption of Build it, Own it, Run it
  • Interaction with other geographies, managing and ensuring timely product delivery globally
  • Dependency and Issue Management and resolution
  • Risk Management and resolution
  • Provide progress reports, updates on blockers & challenges to Tribe Leader
  • Delivery management of:
  • Product Ownership
  • Technical Leads
  • Scrum Masters
  • Development squads
  • Dev/Ops

What experience you need:


  • Agile, having delivered multiple outcomes and dependencies across multiple Delivery Squads and Teams, internal and external to IT
  • Experience of other mythologies such as Waterfall
  • Worked in a product delivery environment and SaaS
  • IT transformation projects i.e. moving to the cloud
  • Client and stakeholder interaction including face to face presentations and the ability to understand a client's requirements
  • Commercial mindset, foresight on upcoming deliverables and financial management
  • Owning, fixing and finding suitable solutions with the ability to own the decision making
  • An understanding of cloud technologies

What could set you apart:


  • Experience in financial services and or Risk, ID or Fraud
  • Relevant training or qualifications in Agile or Waterfall
  • Experienced Scrum Master
