**Sales Administrator

  • Willenhall**We are looking for a detailed and conscientious Sales Administrator to support the engineering function with contract review documents and quote administration. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual with a strong work ethic to contribute to the success of the business.

Main duties include:

  • Develop new business from existing customers and actively seek new sales opportunities.
  • Assist with customer quotations for CNC machining and light fabrication, including reviewing drawings and working with the engineering teams.
  • Assist with contract negotiations
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our customer service according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Inputting and maintaining data on CRM system
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assisting with the production meetings and update of KPIs, and providing support in the management of our customers
  • Sales and sales demand reporting
  • Attending and contributing to meetings when requested
  • Working closely with other departments to resolve issues and queries
  • Jobsheet and picking note generation
  • General administration duties and other tasks as requested

Essential experience/background

This role requires someone with:

  • Working knowledge and understanding of Salesforce CRM
  • Good literacy and numeracy (GCSE Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths)
  • Two or more years in an administrative role
  • Sales support and customer service experience
  • Experience of direct telephone contact with customers
  • An administrative qualification would be advantageous e.g. NVQ Business Administration
  • Competent use of Microsoft Office software
  • Strength of character
  • Positive work attitude
  • Good listening skills
  • Confident communicator
  • Articulate, numerate and literate fully fluent in English
  • A methodical and logical approach
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to learn quick
As a company we offer a generous salary along with a company pension contribution of 5%. Working hours are Mon-Thurs 08:00-17:00 Fri 08:00-13:00. We pride ourselves on the development of our people though training and skill enhancement.
