Description
The Best Connection is currently recruiting for assembly operatives based in Sheffield area. Our client is leading manufacture of electronics with nearly 30 years of experience.

Possible permanent position following a successful trial period


Your duties will include:


  • Following various assembly instructions to assemble electronic units
  • Ability to build and manually move units around the production floor to suit production flow
  • Capability of using hand and power tools such as screwdrivers
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve a goal

Please note that full training will be provided

Requirements:


  • Basic mathematics and numeracy and literacy skills and speak good English
  • Previous experience on shop floor production/assembly line
  • Attention to detail and work to high consistent standards
  • Good Timekeeping

Working Shift:


  • Monday to Thursday 07:00 16:30
  • Friday 07:00 12:30

  • Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
  • 28 days Paid Annual Leave prorata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
