£36,000 - £40,000 + up to 6% bonus per annum

Milton Keynes (minimum 2 days in the office)

Responsibilities:


What you'll be doing
-
Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded through effective communication and personalized solutions.

Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day survey operations, overseeing supporting roles, and continuously enhancing our services to drive customer satisfaction.

Strategic Presentations: Craft and deliver compelling presentations to senior stakeholders, showcasing the value of our Customer Satisfaction Surveys (CSS) and Residential Construction Statistics (RCS).

Business Development: Actively seek new business opportunities, collaborating with the Home Builders Federation (HBF) to ensure adherence to Star Rating scheme rules and timely data availability.

Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and manage the Survey team, conducting performance reviews, setting clear objectives, and fostering a collaborative environment of growth and success.


Qualifications:

  • Line management experience.
  • Experience with customer satisfaction survey products.
  • An aptitude for working with data and acting in accordance with GDPR guidelines to ensure appropriate handling of data.
  • The confidence to engage with senior managers, fostering and maintaining strategic relationships with partner organisations.
  • An aptitude for building rapport to deal effectively with customers on the phone and face to face (1:1 and in group/board situations).

Education and Qualifications

  • It would be great if you have/are working towards becoming a Member of the Market Research Society (or similar).
  • An administrativerelated qualification
