Description
What you'll do:
- Data analysis and reporting for Partnership and Academic accounts
- Supporting digital initiatives and system support for Partnership and Academic accounts
- Partnership & Academic event support and representation
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to achieve departmental objectives
- Record all activity on the Salesforce customer relationship management tool
- Support revenue, profit growth and customer acquisition across all sales channels
- Involvement in business meetings to nurture existing business relationships
- Understand the needs of our business customers & build good working relationships
- Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
- Create workable solutions for both the company and the client
- Strategically plan your working day/week in line with departmental requirements
- Ability to be flexible to departmental and business needs
- Client invoicing using Ebis and Open Accounts systems
What you'll need:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders building genuine long lasting relationships
- Previous sales/account management experience in public and/or private sectors
- Ability/willingness to learn new systems and processes
- Ability/willingness to work with WORD/Excel/Powerpoint/G-Drive
- Great customer service skills
- Knowledge/willingness to work with CRM systems such as Salesforce
