What you'll do:

  • Data analysis and reporting for Partnership and Academic accounts
  • Supporting digital initiatives and system support for Partnership and Academic accounts
  • Partnership & Academic event support and representation
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to achieve departmental objectives
  • Record all activity on the Salesforce customer relationship management tool
  • Support revenue, profit growth and customer acquisition across all sales channels
  • Involvement in business meetings to nurture existing business relationships
  • Understand the needs of our business customers & build good working relationships
  • Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
  • Create workable solutions for both the company and the client
  • Strategically plan your working day/week in line with departmental requirements
  • Ability to be flexible to departmental and business needs
  • Client invoicing using Ebis and Open Accounts systems

What you'll need:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders building genuine long lasting relationships
  • Previous sales/account management experience in public and/or private sectors
  • Ability/willingness to learn new systems and processes
  • Ability/willingness to work with WORD/Excel/Powerpoint/G-Drive
  • Great customer service skills
  • Knowledge/willingness to work with CRM systems such as Salesforce
