NonStop Consulting is looking to recruit an Internal Communications Business Partner for a private utility company responsible for the public wastewater collection and treatment.

This is a permanent role opportunity in Durrington(Worthing) / hybrid


The client is looking for an internal communications and engagement professional who likes being at the front end of operational activity.

You'll be the link between the corporate objectives and programmes and how they engage with our operational and frontlineteams.

You'll understand that corporate channels don't work, and you'll be ready to get involved with creating an approach that really hits the mark and reaches colleagues where 24/7 operations is the norm, and desks just don't figure in the equation.


Requirements:


  • Previous experience in translating content into a wide range of styles and channels to reach a geographically spread operational team.
  • Previous experience in using and creating channels that have both reach and impact.
  • You'll be able to think and plan 'big picture' and then translate into practical actions and outcomes.
  • You'll be super organised, collaborative with standout writing skills.
  • Stakeholder management
  • Strategic & communication planning experience
  • Health & safety experience
