We are currently working with our, fast growing, Cheltenham based client in the search for a new Operations Executive involving taking ownership of the planning and implementation of sports tours, ensuring an exceptional client experience.

You will be responsible for delivering high level services, working to strict deadlines, as well as handling supplier and client relationships.

This is a truly exceptional opportunity to travel to sports events internationally, as well as creating and implementing memories for clients.

This is an extremely busy and varied role that required extensive operational experience, as well as a love for sport
Job Summary

  • Responsible for the management of specific international sporting events.
  • Work with internal teams to build product packages, ensuring correct costing
  • Responsible for sourcing accommodation, travel, and transport.
  • Coordinate client bookings (including confirmation paperwork, invoices, special requests, travel itineraries along with client communication postsale to posttour)
  • Source flight / transport quotes, working with the sales team at quoting stage, to provide the most up to date, cost effective options for client travel, managing group transport bookings, and bespoke bookings for each tour
  • Attending and managing events overseas, managing the staff on the ground at events, either as part of the ground operations team, or occasionally, as a tour manager if required.
  • Conduct site inspections and familiarisation trips where required in the UK and Internationally
