A new opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Senior Building Surveyor, based in Manchester, to join one of the UKs most successful Estate Agency firms.
The Senior Building Surveyor role
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be working a project bias role, focusing on the design and refurbishment of a wide range of projects including everything from high-end residential homes to commercial developments and listed properties.
The Senior Building Surveyor will be working with clients such as Landlords, Investors, Developers & Occupiers, providing professional services including technical due diligence, pre-acquisition surveys, party wall surveys and dilapidation advice.
The Senior Building Surveyor
- A Building Surveying Degree
- MRICS is preferable
- Project management/delivery experience
- Experience across the mentioned sectors.
