Are you keen on all things digital and would like to gain experience with a wide variety of systems for customers and colleagues?If so, we have a great opportunity for you to join our team as a Junior Digital Specialist.
What you'll do*:
As a Junior Digital Specialist, you will be part of a small, dedicated team developing the skills required to run our digital communication channels including websites, content and knowledge management, intranet, SMS, surveys and chat.
You will be trained and supported in this role, working to a structured plan that provides the opportunity to progress into a more senior Digital Specialist position.
- providing frontline support to the YTL UK group of companies
- liaising with teams across our businesses to create clear and accurate user journeys that can be translated into UX and UI to inform the content requirements
- working alongside other digital colleagues to ensure support and maintenance is being provided on active projects
- collaborating on release scheduling, content delivery, testing and key performance indicators
- supporting the delivery of digital project work to help introduce better ways of working and improve the customer experience.
What you'll need:
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and keen to develop a career in digital. You should have excellent communication and organisational skills, and a good level of IT literacy.
In addition, you will need:
- a degree or equivalent qualification
- ideally knowledge or experience using Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop
- knowledge or experience of digital systems such as a website CMS and SharePoint
- knowledge or experience of Microsoft Office and Office 36- knowledge or experience of HTML and CSS
- knowledge or experience of UI/UX testing.
