Jo Holdsworth recruitment are currently recruiting a Site Manager on a fixed term contract basis, located just outside of the City Centre.

Working in the Construction industry, you will be responsible for providing a professional and efficient Administrationservice to the onsite Project team.

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to;

  • Raise purchase order requests
  • Administer purchase orders on Navision (internal finance system)
  • Prepare reports with information gathered from internal and external stakeholders
  • Receiving and plotting of layout drawings
  • Receiving and Storage of project documentation sent via project team
  • Printing, organizing and filing documentation
  • Carry out site inductions
  • Time recording for the team. Accurately recording expenses, calendars, holidays, absence, job sheets, time sheets and time recording of hours.
  • Recording business expenses
- "Meet and greet" of internal and external project stakeholders

  • Assist with ensuring the people and the project is running in line with the company culture and values
  • Any other administration duties as required

Experience, skills set and/or qualifications required:

  • Experience in Admin, Customer Service, Client facing role would be desirable
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Flexibility to travel around the UK (when required)
  • Good IT skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work within a team and with contractors as well as using own initiative
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills

Hours: 8am-5pm Monday to Friday

Salary:
Up to £25,000 per annum depending on your level of experience
