ROLE
Reporting into the Technical Manager main duties will be as follows:

Monitor finished product quality standards and drive improvements.
Work collaboratively with production Supervisors, Team leaders and bakery assistants to drive improvements in quality, GMP, Hygiene and foreign body control.
Develop with production supervisors/Team Leaders audit ready standards every day.
Ensure Quality Management Systems are fully implemented thus ensuring that products manufactured / packed are safe and meet relevant legislation and customer requirements.
Ensuring safe working practices are adopted in accordance with relevant health & safety and food legislation
Liaise effectively with NPD to support trials and assist in launches

CANDIDATE:

You will be factory focused in this role so you will be able to make decisions based on facts presented that follow rules and regulations.

Strong interpersonal skills are required as this role will involve a lot of conversing and working with production teams to ensure high quality products are produced in a safe manner.

Salary:
Up to £30,000
