As a Scrum Master in our change team you'll take up a vital role supporting & coaching our teams to help them deliver value at pace.
- Coaching our teams in the best use of Scrum and sharing appropriate supporting tools and techniques.
- Championing business agility and helping teams optimise how they work.
- Facilitating agile events such as the daily scrum and backlog refinement.
- Supporting continuous improvement and leading team retrospectives.
- Fostering a fail-fast culture of innovation and professionalism within your delivery team.
- Ensuring adherence to agreed principles, guardrails, and governance.
- Fostering excellent relationships with team members, relevant partners, suppliers, and internal / external stakeholders.
- Playing an active role in our Communities of Practice to pass on knowledge and build expertise.
You will work collaboratively, supporting the growth and development of colleagues, demonstrating high emotional intelligence, and strong coaching skills. You will be a problem-solver with an inquisitive mind and an appetite to continuously develop and learn. You'll enjoy working with people, be able to inspire and motivate, and will be self-driven and self-organising.
To be successful in this role you will be:

- Strong leadership and excellent communication skills
- knowledge of scaled agile and cross team coordination would be desirable.
- It would be advantageous if you hold certification in professional scrum.
- It would be advantageous to have knowledge of / experience in Financial Services
