Cedars Care Group, is a family run company with nearly 20 years' experience in nursing, dementia and elderly care and six boutique homes across the UK.


We now need a part-time Cook to assist with the catering requirements for the residents in one of our Southport care homes.

Hours of work are 8am to 4.30pm, Saturday and Sunday.


Responsibilities:


  • To supervise the catering function within the Home and to provide nutritious, homely meals for our elderly residents.
  • To observe and operate a standard of cleanliness and hygiene that meets legislation related to the registration of the Home.
  • To work in a costeffective manner within the set budget for the department.

Requirements:


  • A professional catering/food hygiene qualification is desirable but not essential
