Required skills/interests:

  • Experience in an accounting role in a similar sized organisation
  • Experience of developing business plans and financial statements
  • Experience of working with and supporting nonfinancial specialists
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative with good organisational skills
  • Ability to work and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel and knowledge of financial IT systems
  • Good excel skills (Developing spreadsheets, knowledge of formula and audit requirements, handling large volumes of data)
  • Good team player
  • Questioning and constructive challenge approach to work
We have an exciting opportunity for somebody truly awesome to join our team, developing and coordinating SS EVENTS LOGISTICS around London


This is important to us not only because it's our way of supporting the future, but it's our main strategy to support events specialist that will guide our logistics business growth and profits.

You will be in a team with events planners, an advertising & social media specialist. Finance/ business, and accounting specialist. As a team of 3 you will guide and develop our future event planners to success.

  • Willing to work as part of a smaller organisation where you can have an impact through the introduction of new tools and using your initiative to solve problems and create new standards.
  • Able to adapt communication style to engage with trainees with differing levels of commercial and financial knowledge, at all levels of the business.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Able to assert your views in a meeting and take a 'support and challenge' approach with trainees
  • Able to rapidly build your understanding of our business context and tailor solutions.
  • High integrity, personable, approachable, team player.
Strong communication skills and able to foster good relationships.

You bring a strong attention to detail; methodical approach to data analysis and are able to double-check your own work
