Required skills/interests:
- Experience in an accounting role in a similar sized organisation
- Experience of developing business plans and financial statements
- Experience of working with and supporting nonfinancial specialists
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Ability to work on own initiative with good organisational skills
- Ability to work and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel and knowledge of financial IT systems
- Good excel skills (Developing spreadsheets, knowledge of formula and audit requirements, handling large volumes of data)
- Good team player
- Questioning and constructive challenge approach to work
