Description

A working foreman is required for a Devon based building and maintenance company to liaise with the Contracts Managers / Small Works Manager on various building and commercial projects in the South West up to £250K.

To manage site Health and Safety, daily work programmes, on site labour, subcontractors and materials.


Ideally you will be from a carpentry background but experience of day to day site management more important and have a 5 day SSMT certificate.

You must have a Full, clean UK driving licence.

A negotiable hourly rate is dependent on experience and qualifications.

A company vehicle will be provided.

Immediate start required.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

From £16.00 per hour

  • Monday to Friday
