Commercial Service Advisor Required In The Carlisle Area
***- Basic Salary: up to £24,500

My client is looking for a Service Advisor to join their busy and hard working team based in the Carlisle area.

Requirements and Responsibilities of the Service Advisor:

You might have some experience as a Service Advisor within an Automotive Business, whether that is for a car garage or commercial business.
OR you will be a customer contact executive, service administrator or have experience within the motor industry trade that enables you to make a success of the role.
You will be taking bookings, helping to organise the technician's workload, managing diaries, advising customers and setting their expectations alongside other duties.
You will be upselling products and services to enhance the customer's experience.
You will be willing to get involved in Administration tasks and other areas of the Service Department as per the needs of the business.

What the successful Service Advisor will get:

A basic salary of up to £24,500 with an OTE of up to £26,200
The option of doing as much overtime as you want paid at time and a half
