Description
I am looking for a Key Account Handler to join an exciting and growing distribution company based in Seaham.


Responsibilities:


  • Answering sales calls in a professional and customer centric manner
  • Providing quotations to customers as required Follow up on quotations and prospects in a timely manner to maximise conversion rates
  • Processing sales orders using IT systems
  • Resolving customer queries in a manner which maximises customer satisfaction
  • Development of nonspending accounts to maximise sales revenues
  • Maintaining good Customer Service and issue resolution for the Customer by keeping a continuous improvement mindset and minimising the financial impact
  • Managing key accounts and liaising with clients

Person Specification:


  • Continuously search for ways to meet and exceed the needs of customers
  • Persist in the face of obstacles
  • Able to manage situations which may be difficult
  • Someone driven and hungry for ambition

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£28,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
