Main duties:

This role is responsible for the resolution of queries and escalations particular to the CBL service in accordance with the agreed contract with KMBC and is required to complete a series of activities to support this contract in the most efficient manner and in line with all elements of the service level agreement, also providing performance information evidencing the delivery of services provided.
