The purpose of the this customer service role is to provide a first-level response to a vast customer base for a seamless experience and provide support to the UK team

Description

Daily responsibilities within this role, will be:

  • Processing and taking orders inline with monthly cut-off dates
  • Processing cancellation inline with company policy
  • Soft skills phone etiquette and professional manner
  • Escalate customer inquiries and complaints outside your remit
  • Building ongoing relationships with a small portfolio with returning customers
