Administrator / Office Administration Assistant who has excellent organisational, time management, communication and administrative skills is required for a well-established company based in Central London.


SALARY:
£30,000 per annum + Benefits


LOCATION:
Hybrid / Working from Home and the Office in London


JOB TYPE:
Full-Time, Permanent


WORKING HOURS: 37.5 Hours per Week, Monday to Friday


JOB OVERVIEW


We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Administrator / Office Administration Assistant who has excellent organisational, time management, communication and administrative skills.


Working as the Administrator / Office Administration Assistant you will support the office and a team of managers carrying out a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the efficient running of the company's back office function.


As the Administrator / Office Administration Assistant you will be detailed orientated, highly organised and have the ability to work on your own initiative.

DUTIES
Your duties as the Administrator / Office Administration Assistant include:
Managing and coordinating office activities and operations

Assisting in the organisation and scheduling of meetings and appointments

Handling incoming calls and correspondence

Maintaining office supplies and inventory

Coordinating with vendors and service providers

Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents

Providing general admin support to colleagues and visitors


CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience within an administrative role

Strong organisational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
