Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Cladder & a Cladders Mate to join our team. You will be responsible for the removal of exterior cladding materials on various structures. This is a physically demanding role that requires the use of power tools and heavy lifting. If you have experience in masonry, welding, and working with hand tools, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

Removal of exterior cladding materials on buildings and structures
This role will involve working at height therefore a IPAF ticket will be required for both the cladder and the cladders mate
Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times

Qualifications:

Previous experience in cladding or related field preferred
Proficient in using power tools and hand tools
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
Knowledge of masonry techniques is a plus
Familiarity with welding processes is beneficial
Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
