We are excited to be partnering with a rapidly growing transnational VC backed e-commerce business with a social conscious backing This is a business on an exciting journey that has completed multiple fundraising rounds, with unicorn status on the horizonThe business is a great market fit with well-established partners.

As a result, the business is expanding further in the United Kingdom and is looking to build up it's finance function with high calibre individuals that will be fundamental in driving businessgrowth further nationally and internationally


As a result, the business is passionate to continue building up their finance function with diligent individuals that will be crucial in supporting business growth.

We're looking for an AP Clerk to join the team where they will be reporting directly to anindustry leading Financial Controller.


The Role:

  • Review and process purchase invoices & supplier payments
  • Weekly payment runs for open AP items via online banking, adhering to approval processes and authorisation limits.
  • Liaising with suppliers to resolve queries on a daily basis.
  • Posting bank payments and receipts, liaising with the Financial Controller
  • Expense processing
- ensuring all business expenses are authorised and paid on a timely basis

  • Other adhoc tasks
