About Our Client:

Based in Chadderton, Manchester. This client is a manufacturer business


The responsibilities of the Customer Service Co-ordinator will include but not limited to:

  • Work collaboratively across the business to ensure that customer expectations and requirements are clearly understood, communicated and responded to in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that company standards for Customer Relationship Management and Customer Service are maintained in all customer interactions
  • Complete day to day administrative tasks

The Successful Applicant:


  • Effective in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • SAP experience is desired, but not essential
  • Excellent written, verbal and listening skills
