Description

I'm working with a rapidly growing financial technology company looking to add project to their client services and on-boarding team.

Working closely with the client services team and some major customers managing a variety of projects around system migration and implementation, system enhancement and upgrades.

This role requires a diligent mind as well as a personable approach in orderto build strong relationships with clients and to reach their goals.

Key Responsibilities

Managing multiple projects simultaneously such as legacy system migration, implementation, system enhancement, customisation, upgrades (2+ years experience in a PM role)
Strengthening relationship with clients by encouraging communications including setting up calls, onsite meetings, in a proactive, consultative, and professional manner.
Work with various data sources mainly xls/csv/txt files.
Working as part of a team and act in a collaborative manner with tech and product development alike.

Essential Requirements

SQL working experience is required (manipulating and executing queries)
Problem/incident management skillset
Understanding of prime brokerage reporting is an advantage
Advanced excel user, experience in building reconciliation reports is an advantage.
Outstanding communication skills
Good problemsolving and analytical skills
Must be detail orientated
Strong collaboration and organisational skills
