A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a residential property solicitor to join a highly regarded and well established Kent based firm that provide a full range of legal services.

The firm have a fantastic reputation in the region and are well known fortheir high standards of service and this is reflected in their excellent client feedback, this is further evidenced by Lexcel and quality conveyancing accreditations.

Due to an abundance of work the residential property team are currently looking hire an experiencedconveyancer to manage a caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions including high value and complex matters.

The role will require you to confidentially manage all aspects of residential conveyancing which include sales and purchase transactions for freeholdand leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfer of equity and equity releases, new build and help to buy.

The role benefits from the support of a paralegal and a secretary and use of advanced case management software and the ability to work from home.
