Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Sales to Recruitment

Salary:
£24k + commission (£40k 1st year OTE, £60k 2nd year, £80k 3rd year)
We are looking for driven, competitive, hardworking trainee recruitment consultants for this very exciting opportunity in technology recruitment.

The Role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
Recruitment is a challenging, fast paced, rewarding career.

Success in this industry comes with a lot of hard work You will be required to manage the whole recruitment process, this includes:

*Using sales, business development and marketing techniques to attract business from client companies;
*Networking to build relationships with clients;
*Booking and attending appointments across the UK;
*Arranging client interviews and taking feedback;

*A degree, 2.1 or above

*Commercial Experience (sales experience, office experience, placement year, 6 months post University work etc.)

*Extracurricular achievements (Social Sec, Halls Representative, playing sport to a high level, etc)
