CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

Due to expansion we have a new role for one of the UK's leading health and wellness organisations with over 40 years of excellence within this sector.

We are looking for like minded customer centric individuals to join their Customer Service team.


WHAT YOU WILL WANT TO KNOW...

  • Full time Monday
  • Friday 95.30pm / 1 Saturday per month 104pm with a Friday off.
  • Up to £25,500 + monthly individual & team commission
  • Permanent position
  • 28 days holiday inc bank holidays

A SNAPSHOT OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT EXECUTIVE DAY...

  • You will be the first point of contact for customers interested in the health and wellbeing services on offer
  • To provide first class customer service, answering inbound calls and engaging with existing customers
  • Making outbound calls to existing customers to follow up and customers who have already expressed an interest so there are WARM calls to make
  • To work proactively in order to maximise brand reputation and sales revenue through effective conversations
  • Maximise upselling and crossselling opportunities to existing customers
  • Effectively handle inbound customer enquiries and proactively respond and provide solutions.
  • Be competent in handling difficult conversations while working in line with the Company Complaints procedure, recording and escalating feedback where necessary.
  • Be confident and competent in working in a target driven environment, demonstrating ambition to achieve your targets and resilience where needed.

Does this sound like a good fit for you?

  • Great communication and customer service skills.
  • Previous experience of working within a Sales and Service role would be an advantage.
  • Great organisation and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Positive cando attitude.
