Key Purpose of Role:

We have an excellent opportunity for a Retail Sale Representative and Estimator to join our well-established business.

This showroom based role will add to our established team to help develop our domestic window, conservatory, and home extension business throughout Northern Ireland.

This role will report directly to the Sales Manager and will work closely with the rest of the Windows team.

The Person:

Key responsibilities:

Accountable for meeting Sales Targets and closing sales
Liaising with customers and public to ensure leads are effectively and professionally dealt with.
Liaising and consulting with the public to offer design advise, present options and price prospective work.
Preparation and issuing of estimates and contracts
Management of customer accounts
Development of trade custom sales
Administrative duties as necessary for the post.
Recognised training in construction/windows industry is desirable
Previous experience in a sales or estimator role is preferable
Experience of and ability to use AutoCAD is desirable
Must be well presented, hardworking, honest, and reliable
Selfmotivated with the drive to and determination to be successful
High level of customer service and communication skills to ensure every customer receives the best possible service and the company is well represented at all times.
Flexibility in terms of working hours is required as Saturday morning cover may be required on occasion
Full current driving licence
