As we continue to grow, the opportunities grow too. Due to our plans, we are looking to complement our existing team with a Procurement Officer.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate purchasing activities to ensure timely procurement of goods and services raising purchase orders, requesting quotes, GRN PO's.
  • Conduct market research and identify potential suppliers.
  • Negotiate and establish contractual agreements with suppliers.
  • Monitor and track supplier performance to ensure compliance with contract terms.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Analyze procurement data and prepare monthly reports for management.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Identify costsaving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce procurement costs.
  • Liaising with warehouse and on site staff to ensure products arrive in good condition and on time.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to improve our payment terms, receive bulk purchase discounts and rebates.
  • Querying of invoices with suppliers and requesting credits if necessary

Requirements:


  • Previous Procurement/Purchasing experience essential.
  • Confident Negotiator
  • Great Analytical skills
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills
  • Telecoms/construction background helpful but not essential
  • A willingness to challenge and improve the way we currently work
