Based at:
Leicester, Nottingham or Chesterfield (to be discussed at interview). Additional travel may be required

Contract:
Permanent, full-time (35 hours per week)


1. WHY THE POST EXISTS
Our Marketing department is seeking an enthusiastic Creative Assistant to assist with generating engaging visual content, imagery and videography.

With their creative outlook, this team member will help to evolve our digital presence through development of our image and video library.


2. THE KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Assist in the management and development of the Chamber's visual identity and brand guidelines.
  • Present creative concepts to internal customers and using feedback to improve proposals from an agreed brief.
  • Produce ready to print artwork to fulfil requirements for marketing and event materials and reports.
  • Produce motion graphics to support marketing activities.
  • Provide internal support to ensure all marketing projects are delivered on time and to a high standard, this includes adhoc design projects.
  • Occasional out of hours work will be required (i.e. evenings and early mornings).

3. IDEALLY APPLICANTS WILL POSSESS

  • Relevant experience of graphic design and/or illustration project work delivering to a brief.
  • Knowledge of photography and videography techniques.
  • Knowledge of graphic design trends and their role in a commercial environment.
  • Proven project management experience, working to tight deadlines.
  • Experience of collaboration in a team.
