JOB SUMMARY:


  • Part Time
  • Office based
  • Woodley, Berkshire
  • Salary: Up to £32500 per annumREF: Our client, a family run business in Woodley is looking for a Sales Invoicing Administrator to join their friendly team. The role is 27 hours a week and can be done over 4 full days or 5 shorter days in the office. You will be working in a small accounts team of 5, most of which have been with the company for over 10 years.
This role would suit someone looking for a long-term career within a supportive and experienced team. Salary is circa £32,500 pro rata.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales invoicing or Application for Payment (about 900 transactions per month)
  • Scanning, recording of supporting documentation (Spreadsheet) & Filing
  • Other Accounting administrative duties

Key Requirements

  • Previous Invoicing experience
  • Previous use of MS Excel
  • Attention to detail and focussed
  • Confident learning new software system
