Client Support Executive£25-£30,000
Full time Office - this is NOT a Hybrid or Remote role
Monday to Friday with a degree of flexibility to suit business needs)
With your experience in Financial Services, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers seeking a Pension, Mortgage or Investment product, the Client Support Executive has the responsibility to ensure that the first enquiry is handled with care and the utmost professionalism.
As the first point of contact, the Client Support Executive will enjoy being at the very heart of the business and enjoy being the 'go to' person, handling multiple tasks and juggling tasks and working to deadlines with the purpose of pushing the leads through to being converted to new business.
As part of a successful team, within a thriving industry you will enjoy a busy office environment where no 2 days are the same, it is a competitive market and at times you will be working under pressure and be expected to go the extra mile.
The role will include but is not limited to: -
- Call and book meetings for each Lead
- Recognise and divide all leads to the most suitable advisers and liaise with those advisers
- Complete an initial fact find to gather information about the client
- Question clients correctly to understand needs and the purpose of the meeting
- Create meetings for the IFA's and Mortgage Advisors
- Manage Diary capacity
- Manage Lead Data in the system
- Regular Excel and PowerPoint presentations to the board about lead data.
- Build strong relationships with clients
- Recognise and divide all leads to the most suitable advisers and liaise with those advisers
- Meet and Greet visiting clients and visitors
2 stage face to face interviews.
