We are a small engineering firm based in Long Eaton. We have around 20 employees in total with only 5 being based in the office. We have had lots of changes recently and will be making a lot more in the upcoming months. We are hoping to find somebody who is not afraid of getting stuck in and can assist in making processes smoother and more efficient

Roles include;

• Reception / Answering calls
• Speaking confidently to customers
• Purchase ledger upkeep including statement reconciliations
• Credit Control once or twice a month
• Bank Reconciliations
• Petty Cash
• Booking goods out
• Inputting sales orders
• Helping out with any admin jobs within the business
• Adhoc jobs

We predominantly use Sage 50 and Excel so we are looking for somebody with good knowledge of these programs and the roles above.

Hours available are Monday to Friday either full or part time. However, we are really flexible with the days and also the hours.

Ideally looking for somebody to start either middle or end of January 2024.
