DUTY WORKER (NIGHTS), TRANSITIONS SOUTH, NOTTINGHAM, PERMANENT, 37 HPW, FRWK06 £21,153 - £23,430 PLUS 7.5% ENHANCEMENT FOR HOURS WORKED 10 PM - 7 AM


Framework is excited to be offering supported accommodation in the county of Nottinghamshire for young people aged 16-21yrs, who are homeless or vulnerably housed.


We aim to move young people to independent living after a short stay at these services by supporting them to make positive choices and inspiring them to be the best that they can be.

This role involves managing the night shift, completing welfare checks, writing incident reports and report on Framework's inform system.

You will need to be reliable and enthusiastic with an expectation you will be dealing with people in a busy, often challenging service environment.


The aim of these roles is:

  • To ensure that service users and the building are safe and secure through regular checks and monitoring including undertaking simple housekeeping and cleaning tasks as needed.
  • To build the skills, confidence and aspirations of service users through empowerment and positive contact with them.
  • To enable people to move on and resettle from the service in a timely and appropriate way.
  • To contribute to the aims of the service
  • To work in partnership with other agencies to maximise service delivery.
