Administration services are a vital, core and very much valued element of our team.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our supportive and innovative Home First Team with University Hospital Wishaw as a Higher Clerical Officer.

To provide comprehensive Administrative and Clerical support to clinical and non-clinical staff in order to ensure the smooth running of the service.

Where appropriate, supervise clerical staff and provide support to line manager.

The post holder will have Experience in an Administrative and Clerical Role be educated to Higher Grade level ,ability to supervise staff have well developed interpersonal skills in customer care.

The post requires you will have excellent communication skills ,Good organisational and planning skills.

An understanding of a range of procedures and processes and having the ability to prioritise work and work on own initiative whilst under pressure.

You will have proficient I.T.

skills which include a working knowledge of Microsoft packages and ensure confidentiality, diplomacy and discretion are maintained at all times.

This position will be full time.
