Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with a leading retail provider, with the appointment of a Customer Service Advisor to join their expanding team.

This well-established brand has been around for 160 years, working within both domesticand international markets.


You will be supporting the multimedia customer service department and reporting into the Team Leader, ensuring of an outstanding customer experience and maximising revenue at every opportunity.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling customer queries and complaints, ensuring ofthe best customer satisfaction
  • Understanding customer needs and using product knowledge when advising customers
  • Processing and assisting with customer orders
  • Building long lasting relationships with internal and external customers
  • Ensuring you are upselling where possible

  • Their offices are located in north Bristol, with freeonsite parking.
  • Working hours are Monday to Friday, rotating between 8:0018:00 shift patterns.
  • Salary £21,089.25 per annum.
