Test Certificate Administrator
Permanent - Fulltime
Hours - 9.00am - 5.00pm with 30 minutes for lunch
Based Tamworth


Salary:
£19,000-£20,000 per annum


Our client based in the Tamworth area is currently recruiting for one of the world's leading manufacturers of pipes and fitting equipment with material grades of different metals to join their Test Certificate / Quality team.


Duties for a Test Certificate Administrator to include:

  • Booking in goods on stock computer system
  • Booking in goods onto test certificate system
  • Allocating & confirm picking goods on stock computer system
  • Producing outgoing test certificates
  • Stock balancing via stock input forms / stock checks
  • Preparing and submitting project documentation
  • Preparing documentation for third party inspections
  • Maintaining calibration records
  • Logging and investigating customer complaints
  • Progressing orders
  • Preparing Certificates of Origin
  • Issuing proforma invoices and chasing payment
  • Checking customers credit limit on our computer system
  • Typing order confirmations
  • Printing Invoices and adding the correct declaration
  • Typing packing lists and address labels accurately and promptly
  • Booking collections on behalf of customers
  • Previous experience of office administration and data input
  • Knowledge if ISO 9001:2015 would be an advantage
  • Speed & accuracy of data entry
  • Very good organisation skills
  • Ability to multitask, proactive and change work pace as circumstances direct
  • Ability to work as a team member or as an individual as required
  • Good level of IT skills, including MS packages


The person we are looking for must have strong organisation skills, have a flexible approach and be a hard worker.

Due to the training involved, we are looking for long term commitment.
