1to1 Recruitment are working with this high growth ever changing modern company who support their customers across hospitals and the wider community.

The company recognise and reward their employees and are seeking a Customer Service Team Leader to be based at their offices in Basingstoke.

Salary - £28,000-£34,000 plus bonus

Hours although some flexibility would be considered

The role

The Customer Service Team Leader will be accountable for the direction, motivation and development of the customer service team.

In addition this role would carry out the duties of the customer service team in terms of ensuring that a high level of customer service is carried out at all times, answering calls and processing orders.

The person


This role would suit someone who can organise and motivate a team whilst providing day to day customer service 70% of the time.

Strong admin and organisational skills and SAP would be an advantage, as well as some experience in a team lead capacity ideally.

However, if you have been in a customer service role and you're ready for the next step this could be the right role for you.
