HR Generalist

A favourite client of mine has asked for help finding their next HR Generalist, this is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to move into a more diverse role supporting the 360 HR function.

What will you be doing:

Supporting the senior management team across the entire HR function, maintaining strong levels of communication to ensure your approach aligns with the business strategy
Supporting recruitment by working with managers to generate effective advertisements, guiding applicants through the onboarding process and sitting in on interviews to help managers perfect their technique
Implementing new policies and identifying pain points in workflows, adapting processes to streamline the HR service delivery
Being a point of contact for complex enquiries and greivances, coaching managers on ER procedures and ensuring they remain compliant with employment in their approach
Conducting exit interviews and using feedback to improve the employee experience overall
Supporting employee engagement to build strong working relationships within teams and departments
28 days holiday including bank holidays
Study support for their Level 5 CIPD if this is not already held
