Home and Neighbourhoods has an ambitious improvement programme currently underway across the service.

One of the key enablers to meeting our programme objectives is the implementation of a new Housing Management IT System - Cx.
The Project Assistant role will be fully focused on the procurement and implementation of the replacement systems identified in our IT roadmap, beginning with Cx.
- Selfsufficient, organised and motivated
- Able to accurately record and document decisions, risks and issues and be able to escalate these accordingly.
- Used to working in a fastpaced environment with multiple deadlines.
- Flexible and keen to grow their knowledge further.
- Have an understanding of how to put in place robust processes and systems, along with knowledge of how to interpret and implement policy
- Happy working with customers and providers both inside and outside the Council and will strive to provide excellent service.
