Do you come from a client-facing environment, and enjoy the challenge of building and maintaining relationships?

Do you take control of complex issues/non-standard enquiries?

Do you take personal responsibility to see issues through to resolution, ensuring the appropriate outcome is reached for the clients?

In this position, you will take the lead on complex cases flagged by high-profile or key clients and stakeholders. Take personal responsibility to see issues through to resolution, ensuring the appropriate outcome. Proactively manage the relationship with the key client and successfully support them to deliver the agreed targets/ client outcomes.

You will need to demonstrate times when:

You've taken ownership of complex issues
Been able to manage expectations of clients delivering good and bad news
How do you approach tasks that you haven't performed before, and how do you overcome this
Times when you've gone above the standard for a client to reach the desired outcome
How do you manage high workloads, and when you aren't able to complete all your tasks, what actions do you take?
You must also be able to demonstrate selfawareness how do you describe yourself, and how would others describe you? What areas are you looking to develop yourself in, and have you taken any septs towards this already?
