Customer Service / Sales Order Processor - Maidenhead

  • Daily processing of orders in SAP to ensure all orders processed promptly
  • Processing of sales orders in a timely manner
  • Liaise with customers, company sales representatives, production and warehouse to ensure delivery deadlines are met
  • Ensure all customer queries are handed quickly and efficiently in a professional manner
  • Ensure all sales orders are captured and loaded correctly
  • Follow up on queries if the information does not match
  • Where required, place purchase orders with suppliers
  • Communicate with the Technical Department to manage any customer complaint enquiries
  • Checking pick notes against sales orders on a daily basis
  • Follow through any discrepancies where appropriate to the Supervisor
  • Undertake general administrative duties and any other business as deemed appropriate for the level of the role

The Successful Applicant:


Customer Service / Sales Order Processor - Maidenhead
Ideally you will have worked in a Pharmaceutical or Health-care environment

  • Extensive B2B Customer Service experience
  • Experience of dealing with order to receipt of product process
  • Detail orientated.
  • Knowledge of SAP is very advantageous
  • Dealing with pricing and billing queries
  • Ensuring correct entry on sales orders
  • Matching against bespoke client price lists
  • Supporting the sales team
  • Proficient PC skills particularly in excel.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Creative forward thinking individual with a bias toward the customer.
  • Proactive with the ability to identify issues and see through to resolution.
  • Confidence to challenge information and then prioritise.
  • Good levels of numeracy.
