Are you a customer focused individual looking for a new and exciting challenge? Our reputable client based in Belper are looking to hire a customer service advisor to join their growing business on a temporary basis.

You will be providing an excellent customerservice experience & will be confident at speaking on the telephone to others.


To be considered for the role, you'll require the following essentials:

  • Strong IT Skills
  • training provided for internal systems
  • High standard of literacy, spelling & punctuation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent telephone manner

Within this position, you'll also be:

  • Receiving initial and ongoing product training
  • Resolution of any account issues
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
  • Dealing with customer queries & account issues
  • Communicating with third party companies to progress any issues
  • Recording all activity on internal system

Salary & Working Hours
Salary is £10.42 to £11.54 per hour

Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm with an early finish on a Friday


Free on site parking, bus stop right outside if commuting by public transport, on site restaurant, additional benefits after 12 weeks service.
