I am representing a leading independent Global PR & Communications agency who are specialises in the B2B Technology sector. They have multiple offices around the world along with a global network of partners. Their clients include blue chip brands and innovative start ups within the technology sector including Cloudera, Vertiv and Payen. They are currently hiring for an Account Executive whose main responsibility is to assist with campaign execution and administration for B2B portfolio within the technology sector as well as assist with agency initiatives.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Become main POC for clients to discuss daytoday account implementation and account administration.
  • Push media outreach and proactive story pitching on behalf of client
  • Identify relevant industry news and trends for client portfolio to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of your account portfolio and associated sectors
  • Research and track all current and future editorial opportunities for clients
  • Be responsible for account administration activities for portfolio within allotted time constraints whilst allocating appropriate time for reviews and edits
  • Support team with daily news review and headline summary.
  • Attend weekly team meetings and monthly account executive catch ups, and additional activities as required.
  • Create content for agency's social media profile to help demonstrate UK activity to international offices
  • Assist the senior management team in the development of marketing and business initiatives including new business generation and brand building.
  • Support team in training interns, helping them to advance their PR skills and knowledge
  • Build and maintain relationships with key press contacts
  • Attend Technology focussed industry events and media briefings and give detailed feedback
  • Attend and participate in levelspecific and broader agencylearning activities and training (internal and external)

What you need to succeed:

  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills with outstanding spelling and grammar
  • A well organised, determined, and selfassured individual that is keen to make an impact
  • Is very interested by the corporate and financial world and eager to learn more
  • Is proficient with using various tech platforms
  • A charismatic individual with a bubbly personality that has strong relationship building skills
  • A team player who is keen to build a longterm career
