4M Recruitment are currently working with an established organisation who are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator on a permanent basis.


This role is well suited to someone who has excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, and is confident speaking with customers and updating internal systems.

Within the role you will be coordinating the delivery of parts and consumables, updating internal systems, working on multiple orders, liaising with internal departments and resolving problems.


Key duties

  • To deliver an exception Customer experience
  • Customer first approach
  • To coordinate the delivery of parts via internal systems.
  • Resolve problems if they arise i.e. if parts have been delayed organising alternative means of delivery or alternative parts.
  • To liaise with external companies if required.
