JOB TITLE:
Temporary Customer Service Advisor - Immediate Start

LOCATION:
Exeter

HOURLY RATE:
Up to £11.00 P/H DOE

HOURS:
Monday - Friday, 9am -5:00pm (30 minute lunch break)

THE ROLE:

We are working with one of the UK's leading automotive companies who are seeking a well-organised and proactive customer service administrator to join their friendly and welcoming team.

This role is initially temporary therefore you must be available immediately.

KEY DUTIES:

Liaising with customers and assisting with queries
Communicating regularly with other departments and site locations
Adding customers details on the system
Adding bookings onto the system and sending confirmations
Producing daily/weekly report to management
Other administration duties to ensure smooth running of the department

KEY SKILLS:

Prior administration experience in a fast paced environment
Strong communication and IT skills with knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages
Excellent customer care skills
Ability to problem solve and prioritise workload
Proven experience working well as part of a team and independently
