HR Assistant - West Sussex, United Kingdom - Powering Davies Resourcing
Description
Davies Resourcing are working with a
leading insurance provider to recruit an HR Assistant on a 12-month fixed term contract basis paying up to £23,000 per annum.
This business is a
growing, and highly regarded fintech insurance business with a national reach and an innovative approach to insurance.
The role is a
hybrid role working 1 day a week in the office and can be based in either
West Sussex or
Manchester.
This role has come about due to an increased workload and will work in a HR Shared Services team of 5 HR Assistants, reporting into the HR Shared Services Team Lead, supporting the HR, recruitment and L&D teams with all HR related matters.
Responsibilities held within this role include:
- Scheduling interviews
- Minutetaking
- Drafting documents
- Responding to a range of HR related queries
- Supporting on projects
- HR/Talent/Learning administration support experience.
- Experience using People systems e.g., Workday.
- Excellent organisational and coordination skills
- The ability to take initiative and work autonomously as well as a strong teamwork ethic
