Description
Teaching Personnel are working alongside an mainstream provision in the Sheffield area with the need of a Teaching Assistant to support SEN children within the reception space to excel in their individual learning path.
The school would like to employ a strong minded individual with some knowledge of the EYFS curriculum who is confident with behaviour management who is willing have a flexible outlook in approaches to support children's EHC plans in order to push them totheir personal best as well as building a trusted relationship.

- Accepting of other's lifestyles and understanding of SEND
- Remaining calm in stressful situations
- Flexibility dealing with behaviour that may present challenges

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
