The Role
NEED (ACUTE) OT assessment and co-ordinate discharge from acute wards including A&E to system partners. To cover shifts between 8 till 6 Monday to Friday and occasionally at weekends. Work as part of multi professional team. Experience - Acute Hospital;Medicine/A&E. No weekedn work required, only weekdays
