Description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a manufacturing business on a 10-month FTC. This role is well suited to an accountant that is immediately available with knowledge of stock accounting.


Duties

  • Starters & leavers within the above
  • Stock accounting and associated journals
  • Stocktake processing and journal adjustments
  • Process and record credit notes
  • Cost of trials and exam costs journals
  • Sales scorecard reporting
  • VAT submission
  • ONS surveys
  • Standard cost updates
  • GRNI accruals
  • Weekly payment run generation & upload
  • Weekly payroll processing (until payroller hired)

About you

  • Stock Accounting (Desired)
  • Sage (Desired)
  • Strong accounting skills (required)

- £30,000 - £35,000 salary (pro-rated)
